EuropeG<\/strong> was founded in 2011 within the IEB Foundation with the support of Obra Social “la Caixa”, Abertis, Gas Natural Fenosa, Fundaci\u00f3 Agbar, Agrolimen and Grupo Planeta. EuropeG was created with the intention of contributing to the creation and dissemination of informed opinion on subjects considered particularly important in the field of economics and the orientation of economic policy in Catalonia, Spain and Europe. Its objective is to analyse and offer proposals to the relevant actors in the institutional, economic, social and political fields.<\/p>\n For this, it will draw on the work of research centres and university departments, as well as contributions from its members. EuropeG intends to act with rigour and with a high level of credibility and prestige, providing a bridge between academia and public opinion. EuropeG nace con vocaci\u00f3n de contribuir a la creaci\u00f3n y divulgaci\u00f3n de opini\u00f3n cualificada sobre temas que sean considerados especialmente relevantes en el \u00e1mbito de la econom\u00eda y la orientaci\u00f3n de la pol\u00edtica econ\u00f3mica en Catalu\u00f1a, Espa\u00f1a y Europa. El objetivo es analizar y ofrecer propuestas a los actores relevantes en los \u00e1mbitos institucional, econ\u00f3mico, social y pol\u00edtico.\n\nPara esta funci\u00f3n se nutrir\u00e1 de la investigaci\u00f3n realizada por centros de investigaci\u00f3n y por departamentos universitarios, as\u00ed como de las aportaciones de sus miembros. EuropeG pretende establecerse como puente, riguroso y con un elevado capital de credibilidad y prestigio, entre el mundo acad\u00e9mico y la opini\u00f3n p\u00fablica.
